Make sure you've typed your password correctly. The password field is case sensitive. 

If you've forgotten your password,

• Click "Forgot your password?" on log in
• Enter your email and Submit
• Check your email & click the reset link. 

If the link isn't working properly, try copy/pasting the link into a browser tab. The reset links are only valid for one click - if it didn't work, try the reset workflow again.
