- Double check that your email and password are correct
- Make sure you are connected to the internet
- Clear your browsing data (cookies, cache, etc)
- Restart your browser.
If Asana is not recognizing your email
- Make sure it's entered correctly and
- Double check you've actually created an account. If you haven't created an account, make sure you click the invitation link in your invite email to create one.
If your password is incorrect but you think you've entered it correctly
- Try the forgot password link.
If you are attempting to log in to mobile but the screen refreshes back to a blank log in screen
- Check your cookie settings. Sometimes cookies are disabled by default, enabling them should resolve this issue.
