Request help from an agent via support ticket

You can contact the Asana support team through our Asana Support Bot, found on the bottom-right of the Help Center homepage. This method allows us to collect more information about your issue and effectively place your ticket with the team best equipped to assist you.  

Creating a support ticket through the Asana Support Bot

  • Visit the Help Center homepage.
  • Locate and select the Asana Support Bot found in the bottom-right corner.
  • Briefly explain your issue in the chat window.
  • The Asana Support Bot will suggest relevant Help Center articles. If they do not address your concerns, click No, I’d like to make a ticket to begin the process of submitting a ticket.
  • Select the issue you are experiencing from the menu provided. Use Something Else if none apply.
  • Based upon your first selection, another contextual menu will appear with options to help us better understand your issue. Again, pick the closest option, or choose Something Else.
  • Provide your name, email, and any additional details. Attach files (like screenshots) if necessary.
  • Click Send to create a support ticket. You will receive an email notification within a few minutes confirming the case has been received.

Our support submission processes have recently been updated to help us provide more efficient, high quality support to our customers. As a result, a number of email addresses previously used to forward requests to Asana Support are no longer in use and will not be monitored. To ensure your request is captured and processed in the most efficient manner, please engage directly with our Asana Support Bot.

Difficulty accessing the chatbot

If you're experiencing difficulties accessing the Asana chatbot powered by Forethought, it's likely due to your company's network blocking unknown services. Having your IT department whitelist Forethought can resolve this issue, enabling you to access the chatbot and file a support ticket.
