Your year in Asana is available to users who have been active in Asana for more than 30 days in 2025. Users must also have signed up for Asana before November 1, 2025. They must be a full member of their domain, and must have sufficient collaborative activity to generate a meaningful experience.

If you believe you should be eligible for the feature but cannot access it, contact Asana support. Domain admins can request to enable the feature for their domain. Individual users can contact Asana support directly for assistance.

How long will the review be available?

Your year in Asana will be available for a limited time, and will no longer be accessible in February 2026.

Can I share my year in Asana with others?

Yes, share your year in Asana by using the download button, but don’t share anything that you don’t have permission to.
