Client Management includes built-in AI Teammates designed for agency work. When you create a client or a project, AI Teammates are added automatically as collaborators so they can suggest ways to help with day-to-day work.
AI Teammates follow a “notice”, “recommend”, and “approve” pattern. They can draft and suggest work, and a person approves before anything happens. Nothing is posted to your client automatically.
Client Management includes four built-in AI Teammates. Each one is designed to support a different part of agency work.
Turns briefs and statements of work into first draft creative copy, creates assignable tasks, action items, and client-facing updates. It helps client teams move revision work forward without relying on manual routing.
Automates CRM-to-project handoffs, drafts portal updates, and monitors client sentiment and budgets. It preserves client context as work moves from sales into delivery.
Turns portfolio data into board briefs, QBRs, stakeholder updates, and decision logs. It gives leadership a cleaner narrative without the manual work of assembling reports.
Supports back-office delivery operations across resource planning, billing preparation, onboarding coordination, and budget monitoring. It helps services teams keep operational follow-through aligned with what was sold.
Admins can find and manage AI Teammates by navigating to Workflows in the sidebar and selecting AI Teammates. This is where your team can review which built-in AI Teammates are available in Client Management.
AI Teammates are built to support your team, not replace human review. They follow a notice, recommend, and approve pattern, which means they can surface opportunities to help, prepare suggested work, and wait for a person to approve the next step.
This approval model helps your team stay in control. Even when an AI teammate creates a draft or recommendation, a person reviews it before anything is sent or changed.
Inside a task, you may see a suggestion from the AI Teammate to do what’s in the task. This gives your team a way to hand work to an AI teammate from the flow of work that is already happening in the task.
Open a task from the client portal or create a new task. From here, you’ll see a message from the teammate asking if you’d like them to help you with the task.
If you click OK, the task will be assigned to the AI Teammate and they’ll start working on it.
The AI Teammate will create a new subtask with the work and assign it to you for review.
Only your team can trigger AI work in Client Management. Clients cannot run AI Teammates from the client portal.
This helps keep AI actions with the internal team members who manage the work. Clients can still collaborate through the portal, but AI teammate actions stay on the team side..
