On February 27, 2026, the Asana app in Salesforce’s AppExchange marketplace will be deprecated and removed from the marketplace.
Asana customers should use the native "Salesforce in Asana” app going forward. As part of this transition, the older Salesforce AppExchange integration listed in the AppExchange will no longer be supported and will be fully deprecated on February 27, 2026..

Asana has continued to expand its workflow automation and platform capabilities, including features like Rules and AI Studio. In early 2025, we released a new Salesforce integration built on top of Asana’s platform with rules, triggers, sync actions, and AI Studio. This integration enables deeper automation and more advanced workflows.
Our new integration is built entirely on Asana’s platform. Maintaining two similar integrations adds complexity for both customers and Asana, so we are consolidating onto the new version to deliver a more reliable, scalable, and feature-rich experience.
